Run the LMS Background Jobs

- New Dayforce Learning -

To use the Dayforce Learning features, several background jobs must be scheduled to run in System Admin > Background Jobs:

• Group Members Generation
• LMS Group Sync Job
• LMS Org Setup Job
• LMS Users Setup Job
• Synchronize LMS Data Job

Schedule these jobs to run regularly to keep the learning data up to date.

Recommended schedule for LMS background jobs

LMS Group Sync Job	Full group metadata synchronization	Once per day
LMS Org Setup Job	Org calibration process	Once per day
LMS Users Setup Job	Update existing LMS accounts (changes only)	Once per hour
	Create all missing LMS accounts	Twice a day or more frequently
	Update all existing LMS accounts	As needed
Synchronize LMS Data Job	All options selected Partial synchronization	Every thirty minutes
	All options selected Full synchronization	As needed
