Manage Your Certifications in Dayforce Learning

- New Dayforce Learning -

You can review all of your certifications for courses, learning plans, and events in the Certificates tab of Dayforce Learning. The list shown in this tab includes the status and expiry date for each certification, which lets you quickly see if action is required for them.

If the status shows “Uncertified,” it means that you haven’t yet completed the associated course, event, or learning plan. If the status is “Certified,” it means that you’ve completed the learning activity and you’ve received a certificate.

If you want to see the history for a certificate, hover the cursor over the row in the list, click the action menu, and then select See history. The Certificate history dialog box opens, where you can see your current and past certificates and download a copy, if needed.

Upload Certificates

In the Certificates tab, you track your certifications for Dayforce Learning content, but you can also upload and track certifications for training that you’ve received outside of Dayforce. Uploaded certifications are added to the same list as your Dayforce Learning certifications, but they’re marked as external for your reference.

Important: Certificates that you upload in Dayforce Learning aren’t added to your learning profile and aren’t visible to managers and administrators outside of Dayforce Learning. If you need the certificate to be tracked in your profile, consider requesting certification in the Profile feature instead. See Request Certification for External Courses.

To upload a certificate:

  1. Go to Dayforce Learning and click the Certificates tab.
  2. Click Upload Certificate.
  3. Upload the certificate file and enter the details for the certification, and then click Save.
