Manage SCORM and AICC Packages for Courses

In Dayforce Learning, you can upload SCORM and AICC packages as courses or as pages in courses, as described in the following topics:

You can replace the uploaded package at any time by opening the course details, clicking the file name in the SCORM or AICC package section, and selecting a new package. You can also click the download icon in the SCORM or AICC package section to download a copy of the package for your reference.

When you replace a package, you might want to reset the progress for learners who haven’t yet completed the course. Resetting the progress ensures that learners complete the new version of the package in its entirety.

Resetting the progress doesn’t affect reporting or completion records for learners who have already completed the package.

Important: Resetting the SCORM or AICC package is permanent and can’t be reversed.

To reset the progress for a SCORM or AICC package:

1. Go to Dayforce Learning and click the Admin tab.
2. In the Learning section of the side panel, click Courses.
3. Click the course to open its details screen, and then, in the action menu (next to the Assign button), click Reset SCORM or AICC package progress.
4. Click Confirm.
