Manage Certifications for External Learning

In Learning Setup > Certifications, you can track two types of learning certifications:

• Dayforce Learning certifications, which are awarded for learning that’s completed in the Dayforce Learning feature. These certifications are read-only in Learning Setup > Certifications and are shown here only for your reference. Any changes to these certifications must be made in the Dayforce Learning feature.
• External learning certifications, which are awarded for learning completed outside of Dayforce. You can create and manage external certifications directly in Learning Setup > Certifications.
