Import Courses from the Content Store

Use the content store in Dayforce Learning to browse and import pre-configured courses and learning plans. If you have an account with OpenSesame or LinkedIn Learning, you can request an integration with those vendors to access that content in the content store as well.

Before You Begin: The content store is available only if your organization has purchased the Content Store plan. For more information about purchasing the plan or integrating with a third-party vendor, contact your Dayforce representative.

To import a course or learning plan from the content store:

  1. Go to Dayforce Learning and click the Admin tab.
  2. In the Learning section of the side panel, click Courses.
  3. Click Content Store.
  4. Find the content that you want to import and do one of the following:
    • To import a single course or learning plan, click the item to open its details screen.
    • To import multiple courses and learning plans, hover the cursor over each item and click the checkbox in the top-left corner to select it.
  5. Click Import. The import options dialog box opens.
  6. Note: You might see Get Access rather than Import, which means that your organization hasn’t purchased the Content Store plan.
  7. If you selected multiple items, confirm the list and then click Next.
  8. Configure the import options and course or learning plan settings as needed, and then click Import. For information about the available settings, see Manage Settings for Learning Content.

After importing content, you can assign it to individual learners or groups. For more information, see Assign Learning Content to Employees.
