Import Courses and Learning Plans from the Content Store

- New Dayforce Learning -

Use the content store in Dayforce Learning to browse and import preconfigured courses and learning plans.

Before You Begin:

  • The content store is available only if your organization has purchased the Content Store plan. For more information about purchasing the plan, contact your Dayforce representative.
  • If you have an account with OpenSesame or LinkedIn Learning, you can configure an integration to access content from those vendors directly in Dayforce Learning. For more information, see Use the OpenSesame Integration and Use the LinkedIn Learning Integration.

To import a course or learning plan from the content store:

  1. Go to Dayforce Learning and click the Admin tab.
  2. In the side panel, under Learning, click Courses.
  3. Click Content Store.
  4. Find and select the content that you want to import. To select items, hover the cursor over each item and select the checkbox in the top-left corner.
  5. Click Import. A dialog box opens where you can configure the import options.
  6. Note: You might see Get Access rather than Import, which means that your organization hasn’t purchased the Content Store plan.
  7. Review the list of selected items, and then click Next.
  8. Configure the import options as needed and then click Import.
