AI tools in Dayforce Learning can help administrators quickly and effectively create and enhance learning content for the organization. Access to these tools is control by the AI Features setting in the Admin > Settings > Learning screen in Dayforce Learning.
When you enable the AI Features setting, the following tools become available in the Admin > Learning > Courses screen in Dayforce Learning:
- AI Course Creator: Create courses using a series of prompts. You can create courses based on any topic, with or without uploading existing training material. AI Course Creator supports multiple languages, giving you the flexibility to enter prompts in your preferred language.
- AI Course Translation: Translate full courses to other languages that are supported in Dayforce Learning.
- AI Course Editing: Edit text blocks with AI to improve writing, change tone, adjust length, and more.
If you decide to disable the AI Features setting, the AI tools are removed from Dayforce Learning but existing AI-generated content remains available.
Important: Always review AI-generated content for accuracy, including AI-generated images.
