As a manager, you can track learning activity for your team in the Teams & People tab of Dayforce Learning. You can also assign courses, events, and learning plans to your employees to help address learning gaps and contribute to each employees’ growth and development.

You automatically have access to the Teams & People tab if one or both of the following are true:

  • You’re the direct manager of one or more employees in Dayforce.
  • You’re assigned as the manager for one or more groups in Dayforce Learning.
