Dayforce Learning administrators create and manage learning content throughout Dayforce. Most of the admin tasks are completed in the Dayforce Learning feature, but some are completed in other Dayforce features.

- Configure Pervasive Learning
After configuring learning content in Dayforce Learning, you can also create assessments to help ensure that employees have gained the necessary skills or knowledge from completed courses, events, and learning plans. Assessments are associated with learning activities and are completed for each employee by a manager or another designated assessor.
