Dayforce Learning Overview

- New Dayforce Learning -

With Dayforce Learning, you can create, assign, and track learning for your employees directly in Dayforce.

Learning content and activity is categorized as follows:

  • Dayforce Learning: Learning that’s configured and delivered in the Dayforce Learning feature. Dayforce Learning must be purchased by your organization and enabled by a Dayforce representative.
  • External learning: Learning that happens outside of Dayforce, such as a community college course or a third-party seminar. The external learning functionality is configured in the Learning Setup features.

The Dayforce Learning Feature

The Dayforce Learning feature has several tabs in which learners, instructors, managers, and administrators complete and manage learning activity. Each user sees only the tabs that they’re assigned access to, so that all roles can complete their tasks from a single feature in Dayforce.

For more information about access, see Assign Role Feature Access for Dayforce Learning.
