In the Admin tab of Dayforce Learning, in the Settings > Homepage screen, you can customize which sections are shown to learners when they first open Dayforce Learning.
Several sections are shown by default in the Dashboard tab, but you can hide or rearrange sections, and add a custom welcome message, as needed, to suit your organization’s needs.
To customize the look of the Dashboards tab for learners:
- Go to Dayforce Learning and click the Admin tab.
- In the Settings section of the side panel, click Homepage.
- Do the following, as needed, to customize the look of the Dashboard tab for learners:
- Add a custom welcome message by clicking Edit in the welcome section and clicking the Custom welcome message switch. Then, enter your custom message.
- Rearrange sections by clicking the drag and drop icon (
) and moving the sections to the preferred location.
- Hide sections by clicking the hide section icon (
).
Section | What the Section Shows to Learners |
---|---|
Started | Courses and learning plans that the learner has started but hasn’t yet completed. This section can help learners track their progress and quickly pick up from where they left off. |
Available events | Upcoming learning events, including sessions that the learner was assigned to and self-enrollment opportunities with available future sessions. |
Required for you | Courses and learning plans that are assigned to the learner as required. This section is useful for highlighting courses and learning plans that might be needed to satisfy learning goals or compliance requirements. |
Available for you | Additional learning opportunities, including courses and learning plans that are assigned but are optional, and self-enrollment options that can help expand the learner’s knowledge. |
Completed | Courses and learning plans that they’ve successfully completed. This section can help learners keep track of learning achievements and milestones. |
