In the Admin > Settings > Reports screen of Dayforce Learning, you can configure reports that support compliance and completion tracking for your organization. Each report can be assigned to specific managers so that they only see the reports that they need. Managers can access their assigned reports and create their own custom reports from the overview screens in the Teams & People tab.
When you open the Settings > Reports screen in the Admin tab, you’re shown all of the existing reports for your organization, and you can click the action menu for each report to edit or delete the report as needed.
To create a new learning report for managers:
- Go to Dayforce Learning and click the Admin tab.
- In the Settings section of the side panel, click Reports.
- Click Create report and then add a title for the report.
- Click Add content, select the content that you want to report on, and then click Add learning.
- Select the users who should have access to the report.
- Click Create report.
