Configure Pervasive Learning

Pervasive learning lets employees access Dayforce Learning content directly from the other Dayforce features that they’re using. You can customize which learning groups see the pervasive learning banner, and in which features the banner is shown. You can also add a custom title and message for the banner, based on your organization’s needs.

To configure pervasive learning:

1. Go to Learning Setup > Pervasive Learning.
2. Click Add.
3. In the General section, select the features where the banner message will be shown, which learning groups will see the banner, and the start and end date for showing the banner. If you don’t select a learning group, the banner is shown to all users who are enrolled in the selected courses and who have access to the specified feature.
4. In the Courses section, click Add, select the courses that you want the banner to include, and then click Ok. The courses are shown to learners in the order that you configure. You can drag and drop the courses to reorder them as needed.
5. In the Banner Message section, enter a title and message body for the banner. You can see how this content will look for learners in the Banner Preview section.
6. Click Save.
