Configure Notification Subscriptions for Dayforce Learning

To help ensure that the correct users receive the appropriate learning notifications, configure notification subscriptions by role or user in the Subscriptions tab of System Admin > System Notifications.

You also have to make sure that the corresponding background jobs are configured. See Configure Notification Background Jobs for Dayforce Learning.

Note:

Depending on configuration, notifications for event sessions might include an ICS file that users download and save to their calendar. Or, if the Outlook calendar integration is configured, sessions might be added directly to users’ Outlook calendars.
Deep links only use SSO if the Dayforce links in messages use SSO (if enabled) checkbox is selected in System Admin > Client Properties.
