Configure Forms to Track External Learning

You can configure learning forms to be shown in Profile > Forms so that learners can request enrollment and submit certificates for external learning.

To assign forms:

  1. Go to Workflow Administration > Role Privileges.
  2. Click Add.
  3. In the Parent Feature drop-down list, select Home Forms List.
  4. In the Form drop-down list, select the form that you want shown. The following forms are available:
    • Training Request Form: Learners can request enrollment in external courses.
    • Upload New Certificate: Learners can upload proof of certifications for external courses and learning plans.
  5. In the Workflow drop-down list, select the workflow for the form approval.
  6. (Optional) In the Category drop-down list, select the category to show the form under.
  7. (Optional) In the Sequence field, enter the display sequence.
  8. In the Role dialog box, select the employee user roles from the Available column and click the right arrow to move them to the Current column.
  9. Click Save.
