You can add activity types for learners to choose from when they manually log continuing professional development (CPD) that they’ve completed outside of Dayforce Learning.
You can customize the available activity types based on your organization’s guidelines for professional development. For example, you might want to include activities such as listening to a podcast, reading a professional journal, networking, or mentoring.
To add an activity type:
- Go to Dayforce Learning and click the Admin tab.
- In the Learning section of the side panel, click Learning activity types.
- Click New.
- Enter a name for the activity type, and then click Confirm.
