This background job checks for certifications that are expired and sends a notification to inform the specified roles.

Certification Expiration Alert job settings

Setting	Description
Administrator Alert	Not used.
Employee Alert	Send the Certification Expired - Employee notification to employees.
Manager Alert	Not used.
Send alert (n) days after Expiry	The number of days after the certification expires to send the notification. For example, enter 1 and Dayforce sends the notification to subscribers the day after the certification expires.
Send alert (n) days after Expiry (optional)	Resend the notification on specific days after the certification expires. For example, enter 3 and Dayforce resends the notification to subscribers three days after the certification expires.
