All of the courses, events, and learning plans that your organization offers are available in the Learning catalog tab of Dayforce Learning. The categories configured by your administrators are listed at the top of the tab, and you can select one to view only the content in that category. Categories group content based on topic and might represent a particular theme. For example, you might see a “Security” category that groups content with topics such as “Passwords” and “IT Safety.”
Whether you’re looking at the content for all categories, or for a specific category, Dayforce Learning shows you several other filters that you can use to find content.
| Filter | Purpose |

| Filter By | Narrows results based on the content type: course, event, or learning plan. |
| Topic | Shows content based on the assigned topic tag. You can select one or more topics as needed. |
| Duration | For courses and learning plans, shows content based on the length of the training. |
| Date | For events, filters based on the event date. |
| Status | Shows content based on status. |
If needed, you can also search for key terms, change the view from thumbnail view to list view, and sort the results by priority, assignment date, or course title.
