In the Admin tab of Dayforce Learning, you can archive courses that your organization no longer needs. Archiving removes the content from the learning catalog so that employees can no longer enroll or be assigned to it. The content is also removed for employees who were already assigned the content.
When you archive content, rather than delete it, you keep all of the associated completion data so that you can still report on it in Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports. You can also unarchive the content at any point to make it available again in the learning catalog.
Before You Begin: The Archive option isn’t available for content that was imported from the content store.
To archive learning content:
- Go to Dayforce Learning and click the Admin tab.
- In the Learning section of the side panel, click Courses, Events, or Learning plans.
- In the list of existing content, hover over the item that you want to archive. Then, click the action menu and select Archive.
- Click Confirm to archive the item.
