Integration Dashboard is a centralized location for you to view information about all data transmitted into and out of Dayforce, which includes the following:
- Integrations configured in Integration Studio.
- Dayforce background jobs that are linked to an import or to export definitions.
You must run your integration at least once for it to show up in Integration Dashboard, which shows the most recent run. By default, Integration Dashboard shows integrations that have run within the last seven days (including the current date) in your local time zone. To change the range of dates, use the Filters button.
To view details about all previous runs of the integration, click the action icon (three vertical dots) on the right end of each entry, and select the View Log option, which takes you to the Integration Log. Users who have access to the Integration Studio role feature and to the Integrations > Integration Studio > Connectors feature can edit or run integrations.
Once in the Integration Log, you can view all child integrations of a selected split integration by clicking the action icon (three vertical dots) and selecting the View Batch Logs option.
Integration Dashboard shows the following columns:
- Name: The name of the integration.
- Note: The name of a data export definition is shown in the Name column when the background job uses a data export definition. When available, the file name for an import background job is shown in the Name column.
- Connector: The connector that was used to configure the integration, or the background job that ran the integration.
- Trigger: The source of the integration or API call. The trigger can be one of the following:
- Dayforce BJE: All import and export integrations configured outside of Integration Studio, such as the Accrual Export and HR Data Export.
- HCM Anywhere API: All calls to an HCM Anywhere API, including those required to run your integration as configured in Integration Studio.
- Integration Processor: All integrations that were configured in Integration Studio.
- Last Status: The status of the most recent run of the integration, such as Completed, Partially Completed, Queued, In Progress, Paused, or Error. You can click the status to open a dialog box that shows you information on the background job that ran, or on the API request that was sent and the response that was received.
- Last Started: The local date and time at which the most recent run of the integration was started.
- Last Ended: The local date and time at which the most recent run of the integration ended.
- Last Run By: The latest user who ran the integration. If the integration was triggered automatically by the HCM Anywhere API, this column is blank.
Integration Dashboard shows a maximum of 100 integrations per page. When there are more than 100 integrations, the navigation buttons above the Last Run By column header are activated and can be used to flip between pages.
