When you begin to configure Hub, you may be tempted to create elaborate plans. To keep your project achievable, we recommend that you start simple and grow over time. For example, you may just want to create a hub for your HR team as a way of learning and testing out functionality. Subsequent iterations could expand to managers, a specific site for employees, or other subgroups that make sense for your company. As you get feedback from your teams, you can incorporate that in future iterations.

You should also identify stakeholders from whom you will need approval or help with change management. Get input on the scope of the initial project and identify people who can either help you create content, choose images, or configure. If you have team members with employee communication or user experience skills, see if you can get some consultation from them once you have a draft hub. You may also want to consult with content strategy team members on the organization of your subpages.
