See the Localization section in the Dayforce Hub Administration Guide if you need to configure multiple cultures for your hub. Any system-provided content will update when a culture is changed, but you need to add any admin-provided content to localized pages.
Localization is generally the last step since it is easier to update content instead of making major format changes after a localized page is created. You may want to test the functionality before localizing and then do some additional testing after localization to make sure the process is successful.
