Steps to troubleshoot the error
Clear the browser cache and cookies
- Go to your browser settings, find the option to clear browsing data, and select Cached images and files.
- In the same settings menu, select Cookies and other site data and clear them.
- Restart the browser and try to log in to Dayforce again.
Update your browser
Make sure that your browser is up to date. Sometimes, older versions can cause compatibility issues.
Try a different browser or browsing mode
- If you have another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge), try using it to log in to Dayforce.
- Open Dayforce in incognito or private mode to see if Dayforce loads correctly without cached data.
Test on another device
- Try accessing the Dayforce from another device, like a smartphone or tablet, to determine if the issue is specific to your current device.
Check for VPN or proxy issues
- Disable VPN: If you're using a VPN, try disabling it and accessing Dayforce directly.
- Proxy Settings: Ensure that your browser or system proxy settings are configured correctly.
Test with a different network
If possible, try logging in to Dayforce from a different Wi-Fi or mobile network to rule out network-specific issues.
If the error persists
If none of these suggestions solve the problem, contact your Dayforce Administrator and ask them to send the error codes and other information captured in the error page to Dayforce Support.
