Before You Begin: To view the Visualizations tab in Data & Analytics > Reporting & Analytics the Application Container > Analyze Reports in PowerBI role feature must be enabled for your user role in System Admin > Roles.
The Visualizations tab in Data & Analytics > Reporting & Analytics displays a list of all of the visualizations that you have access to. You can use the search field to a find a specific ad hoc report that has an associated visualization by name or by keyword.
The table below provides more information about each column displayed in the Visualizations tab:

| Name | Displays the name of the report associated with the visualization. |
| Description | Displays the description of the report associated with the visualization. |
| Category | Displays the topic category used by the report that is associated with the visualization. |
| Last Updated | Displays the date that the visualization was last updated. |
| Last Run | Displays the date that the visualization was last run. |
| Last Updated By | Displays the name of the employee who last updated the visualization. |
| Last Run By | Displays the name of the employee that last ran the visualization. |
