Export Visualizations

Before You Begin: You must have access to the Data & Analytics feature to export visualizations.

This section describes how to export a visualization using the Export functionality. Exporting visualizations gives you the ability to review and distribute the information outside of Dayforce and with other members of the organization, if needed.

To export a visualization:

1. Go to Data & Analytics > Reporting & Analytics and click the Ad Hoc Reports tab.
2. Select the report ​that contains the visualization you want to export, then click Run.
3. Click Visualize, then click Export.
4. Select an export option from the list. Visualizations can be exported in the following formats: PowerPoint, PDF, PNG, and PowerBI.

You can apply a filter to any column in a custom report visualization or use a filter included in a system visualization, and export the visualization in PDF, PNG, or PowerPoint format. This allows you to receive the filtered data in the export without having to save it.

Note: You can only import a visualization that was exported using the PowerBI option.
