Data & Analytics uses employee attributes to display data about how exhaustion and efficacy are contributing to employee burnout. The data in the Employee Attributes Monthly entity is used in the Burnout Overview report, as well as the Burnout Overview system visualization.
Key employee attributes include Work Energy, Exhaustion Flag, and Efficacy Flag. Work Energy summarizes how an employee shows up to work each day, Exhaustion Flag captures feelings of energy depletion, and Efficacy Flag reports on the ability to perform one's job well or one's sense of professional capability. For more information about each employee attribute, see the Employee Attributes tab in the Reporting Reference Guide.
