View or Load Pay Runs in Payroll > Overview

You can view a list of current pay runs in Payroll > Overview. You can filter the list of displayed pay runs, and you can select a pay run to work with and load it from Payroll > Overview.

Before You Begin: Ensure that you’re familiar with the concepts described in Pay Runs in Payroll > Overview.

View Current Pay Runs in Payroll > Overview

To view current open pay runs in Payroll > Overview:

  1. Go to Payroll > Overview and view the current pay runs.
  2. (Optional) Filter the list by completing the following steps:
    1. Click Favorites to filter the displayed list by using the provided criteria.
    2. Click Apply to update the list of pay runs in the Overview tab.

Load a Pay Run from Payroll > Overview

To select and load a pay run for processing from Payroll > Overview:

  1. Go to Payroll > Overview and view the current pay runs.
  2. (Optional) Filter the list by using the following steps:
    1. Click Favorites to filter the displayed list by using the provided criteria.
    2. Click Apply to update the list of pay runs in the Overview tab.
  3. Select the pay run that you want to load, and click Load, or click the folder icon in the Load column in the row of the pay run.

When you load a pay run from Payroll > Overview, it’s opened in Payroll > Pay Run Management, which is described in Pay Runs in Payroll > Pay Run Management.
