You can pay your employees by using a bank file. This bank file is part of what the ICP uploads for final reports. The following screenshot illustrates the process of money movement as a standard service in your ConnectedPaypayroll:
You must provide the banking information and file type, which can be ISO or a local banking standard, during implementation to the ICP. Next, the ICP creates a bank file for the pay period, based on the approved pay-run results. The bank file contains amounts for individual associates and other bank-account information. Then, the ICP uploads the file to Dayforce Document Management.
You must then download the file from Dayforce Document Management. Finally, you submit the file to the bank, according to the payroll-calendar timeline.
