Senior managers are users who directly manage other managers with direct reports. Along with completing their own budget allocations, senior managers are also responsible for monitoring and approving the worksheets assigned to their direct reports.
When senior managers go to the Compensation feature, Dayforce shows a summary of all current period compensation cycles to which they’re assigned. Along with the name of the compensation cycle, Dayforce shows basic details for the compensation cycle including status (for example, Not Started or In Progress), compensation type, and budget information.
This summary page is the same for both front-line managers and senior managers, however, when you select a compensation cycle, Dayforce shows the My Organization tab in the compensation cycle slide-out panel.

Senior managers can do the following in Compensation:
