You can import market data (supplied by a third-party survey vendor) into Dayforce using the Market Pricing feature. After importing market data, it can be used for salary benchmarking in compensation cycles, allowing you to compare each employee's salary or hourly rate with the market rate for similar jobs at other companies. This information can help managers ensure that they're providing employees with a competitive rate when allocating budgets in their compensation worksheets.
