Getting Started

The Compensation module allows compensation administrators to configure flexible compensation cycles that provide guidelines and decision support to managers as they allocate their assigned budget to employees. Managers are provided with a worksheet that includes a variety of tools and graphics to help them ensure that they are compensating employees fairly and consistently when they allocate their budget for salary or hourly rate increases and bonuses.
