In Centralized Schedules, you can enable a weekly view to see up to four weeks of schedules at once. The weekly view shows the total number of daily and weekly scheduled hours for your locations:

The number of weeks that Centralized Schedules shows depends on the number that you select in the Length drop-down list in Schedule Setup > Operational Templates. See Operational Templates.
To view a location's weekly hours at a glance, hover the cursor over the value next to the location's name. A tooltip appears that shows you the location's weekly hours breakdown:
The weekly view offers most of the functionality as the single week view. However, you can't run reports in the weekly view. The weekly view also supports:
- Generating schedules from copying weeks, shift rotations, work patterns, templates, and filling unfilled shifts. See Generate Schedules.
- Moving, copying, and swapping shifts using drag and drop. See Move, Copy, and Swap Shifts.
To control how the weekly view shows information, use the Weekly View switch.
