Centralized Schedules uses a number of icons to indicate information about employees and shifts. You can hover the cursor over each icon to open a tooltip that shows more information.

Borrowed employee icon. This icon appears next to employees who are exclusively borrowed to another location or employees who work at multiple locations. |

Shared employee icon. This icon appears next to employees who work at the selected location on a secondary work assignment. To enable this icon, go to System Admin > Client Properties and, in the Properties tab, enable the Indicate Shared Employees client property. Then, in Centralized Schedules, open the Options panel and select the Indicate Shared Employees checkbox. |

Schedule change icon. This icon appears in shifts on the schedule, and indicates shift changes that violate an employee's schedule change policy. You can view problems related to schedule change violations in the Problems panel. |

Post unfilled shift icon. This icon appears in the Add Schedule dialog box. When you click it, Dayforce posts the unfilled shift and employees can submit bids to pick the shift up. |

Schedule standby shift icon. This icon appears in the Add Schedule dialog box. |

Unconfirmed standby shift icon. This icon appears in shifts on the schedule. When you click Save, Dayforce sends an SMS message to employees so that they can confirm the shift. |
