What Your Peers See in Community Insights

If you allow sharing for community insights, other employees can see your name and, if available, your Dayforce profile picture in their community insights.

If you choose not to allow sharing, you’re shown as an anonymous team member in community insights. Other employees still see your skills, proficiency levels, and career activity, but your name and profile picture are excluded. Appearing anonymously lets you retain your privacy while still providing valuable insights for your peers.

Important: Your career plan details are never shared with your peers.
