You can generate reports to track your organization's Career Explorer adoption and usage from the Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports feature.
The following reports are available:
- Career Explorer Adoption: Shows information about which employees have started using the Career Explorer feature to create development plans.
- Career Explorer Plans and Activities: Shows career plan information for employees, including the status and associated activities.
- Job Assignment Skills: Shows the skills and proficiency levels associated with the organization's job assignments.
- Opportunities Feedback: Shows all opportunities that employees have given feedback for.
- Skills Inventory: Shows all of the skills for employees in the organization.
