I can’t find a specific form in the Forms drop-down menu in the Featured or Quick Links configuration dialog box
Verify if the form should be available in the drop-down list. Three sets of forms are available in the Featured or Quick Links forms drop-down at this time:
- All forms under the Home Forms List parent feature (as configured under Workflow Administration > Role Privileges).
- Only forms under the HR Profile Forms List parent feature (as configured under Workflow Administration > Role Privileges) that the application displays under People > Actions.
- Forms in the Form drop-down list that belongs to the Benefits Forms List parent feature in Workflow Administration > Role Privileges.
The Balances widget is displaying a different vacation balance compared to the one in Timesheets
This is correct, each of these features displays balances based on a different time frame:
- Timesheets display balances for the whole loaded pay period (one week, two weeks, monthly or other depending on your organization’s payroll configuration).
- The Balances widget, and the Time Away from Work (TAFW) balance panel displays balances as of the current date.
What happens if I paste images from my web browser into the rich text editor?
When you paste images the application shows a confirmation dialog indicating that the image will be saved to the Media Library, and the following details apply:
- The saved image name is the same as the original image name. In cases where the image name already exists in the Media Library, the application appends an underscore followed by a number to the name.
- If the image doesn’t have a name, or the name contains special characters, the application names the image "pasted_image_x".
- The application shows dialog error messages if you attempt the following:
- Paste unsupported image types
- Paste images that cannot be pasted from certain web pages
- Paste images when there isn't enough remaining storage space in the Media Library. You can delete unwanted files from the Media Library for more storage space and click OK again to save.
- Paste images that exceed the 2 MB maximum file size
How do I change the order of how balances are shown in the Employee Balances widget?
If the balances aren’t shown in the order that you want in the widget, you can change the order in Pay Setup > Balances.
