You can set visibility at the page, section, widget and link level. If any of these visibilities contradict each other, it could result in content not appearing in either web or mobile, or not appearing at all.
I’m seeing blank Quick Links and Featured Links widgets on the mobile app.
- For example, if all links are web-only but your widget’s visibility is set to “all”, then the application displays a blank widget in the mobile app. Be sure to select “web only” visibility for the widget so the application doesn’t display anything in mobile.
- Verify that all links in the widget and the widget itself has the correct visibility.
I’m not seeing a specific section on Hub on the web or the mobile app.
- Verify that the section has the correct visibility. If the section visibility is configured incorrectly, it could result in a blank section displaying or a missing section either on the web application or the mobile app.
- If you want to see a section on the web and mobile app, the section visibility must be set to “All.”
- If you want to see a section on web only or mobile app only, adjust the visibility to web or mobile app only as needed.
