Before You Begin: Be sure that you are familiar with the factors that impact search results in Hub Content in Intelligent Search. Changes to Hub content might not be immediately reflected in the search results, especially when administrators publish, or unpublish a new hub or many subpages.
Search for Hub content:
- Click the down arrow in the search field and click Pages and Files to filter your search for Hub content.
- Enter your search criteria and press the Enter key on your keyboard. You can enter partial words, numbers, pages, subpages, external link names or files.
- Click your desired option from the search results. Keep in mind if your search returns no results, Dayforce displays a message and includes a help link that you can click to open the Dayforce Help Portal.
