My course isn’t shown in the Course drop-down field in Quick or Featured Links configuration screens in Hub Designer
Check the following:
- The course is published.
- The course isn’t expired.
- The course has active Webinar or Classroom type sessions.
- The Synchronize LMS Data background job was recently run successfully. You might need to manually trigger the job in System Admin > Available Jobs > Synchronize LMS Data if you made recent changes to the course.
An employee received a message that they aren’t enrolled in the course when they clicked the course link in Hub
Check the following:
- The employee is enrolled in the course in Learning Setup > Courses and Learning Plans.
- The course is published.
- The course is active.
- Try rerunning the Synchronize LMS Data background job in System Admin > Available Jobs > Synchronize LMS Data to ensure that all changes have been picked up. Refresh the Hub, and verify if the course is available to that employee.
