You manage posts in the Content Library. There are different ways of going to the Content Library:
- Click the Content Library tab.
- Click the Content Library icon (
) in the top right corner of Scheduled Content widgets in Hub Designer.
- Click the Go to Content Library button that shows on Scheduled Content widgets that have no scheduled posts in Hub Designer
The Content Library grid shows the following details for each post:
Column | Description |

Title | Title of the post. |
Start Date | Start date, time, and time zone for the post. |
End Date |

Language | Language of the post. |
Pages | The hub pages or subpages and widgets where the posts are shown. Dayforce indicates if the page or widget was deleted. |
Status | Draft, scheduled, live, or expired. Posts are sorted in that order. |
Actions | A menu with three of the following options: expire, view, edit, duplicate, or delete a post. What is shown depends on the status of the post. |
You can take the following actions in the Content Library:
- Click +Create New to create a new post.
- Click the title of a post to edit it in the post template.
- Click the Actions menu to expire, view, edit, duplicate, or delete a post. The listed options are based on the status of the post.
- Click the icon in the Pages column to go to the page in the Hubs tab in Hub Designer.
