If you create Hub audiences in HR Admin > Groups, especially if the groups are based on eligibility criteria, you need to schedule and regularly run the Group Members Generation background job in the Available Jobs tab in System Admin > Background Jobs.
This job ensures that Dayforce regularly updates who should belong to the groups that have been set up.
If the job isn’t run, then over time, the group membership will be out-of-date and employees might start seeing hubs they aren’t meant to see. Hub determines eligibility based on a group’s membership list, so it’s important to run the background job.
