The Advanced Hub What’s New Notification is assigned for Advanced Hub in the Channels tab of System Admin > System Notifications.
When you notify employees about communication updates on their hub, by default, employees receive a notification in Message Center. The notification also goes to the Messages feature in mobile, but the Go to Hub button, which directs employees to the hub page, is inactive in the mobile app. Administrators can also enable the option for the notification to be sent to any configured business email addresses.
Only employees who meet these requirements receive notifications:
- They belong to the audience of the hub page.
- If the hub page is localized, the employee’s culture in Dayforce must match the language of the localized hub page or is the default hub. The employee’s culture also determines the language of the notification.
