Add a Help Portal Link

The Dayforce Help Portal is designed to let Dayforce users find help when they need it, so that they can get back to work quickly.​ Available to all employees, managers, and administrators, the Dayforce Help Portal provides easy access to Dayforce product documentation, including:

  • Release Notes
  • User & Admin Guides
  • Dayforce Implementation Guide (DIG)

Dayforce help portal.

You can add a link to the Help Portal on your Hub pages as a quick link or featured link widget. When you configure the widget, use the following configuration:

  • Type: External Link
  • Link: https://help.dayforce.com
  • Title: Dayforce Help Portal

When users access the Dayforce Help Portal for the first time, they can follow these steps to register:

  1. Click Sign Up. ​
  2. Enter a name and company email address, choose a password, then click Sign Up.
  3. Select Remember me to skip future log in steps.

Once registered, with Remember me selected, the widget link leads to the Dayforce Help Portal home page.
