Timesheet Flag Amount

The Timesheet Flag Amount report flags days when pay codes are paid over daily limits. You can specify which pay codes and pay categories are included, and you can specify the limit amount threshold that shouldn’t be exceeded. When generated, the report includes any employees whose pay exceeded the amount threshold you specified (using the Flag Amount filter setting).

Custom Fields

Amount Over

The Amount Over custom field displays the amount over the threshold limit that the employee was paid. For example, if you enter 200 in the Flag Amount field in the report’s filter, the report contains dates in which employees were paid over $200. If an employee was paid $250, the Amount Over field displays “-50” to note that the employee was paid $50 over the threshold.

The custom field uses the following expression:

@FlagAmount-sum (EmployeePaySummary.PayAmount)
