Terminated Employees with Allowances

The Terminated Employees With Allowances audit report applies only to Mauritius. Payroll administrators can run this payroll audit report to display all terminated employees with allowances to be paid in CSV format, excluding memos and taxable benefits.

Role feature access: Report Library > Payroll > Payroll Audits > Terminated Employees With Allowances

Fields

Fields included in the report template
Field Name Description
Employee Number Returns the employee number in the Employment Status tab of the Employment > Employment Settings screen in People.
Employee Name

Returns the employee's full name in the Personal > Contact Information screen of People.

Allowances Earning code identifier.
Employment Status Reference Code

Employment status identifier such as active, inactive, or terminated.

Employee Employment Status Effective Start Effective start date of the employee's employment status.
Employee Employment Status Effective End The employee's effective termination date.
Pay Run Result Pay Date Pay date of the pay run.

Filters

The template includes the following filters by default: Pay Run ID (by selecting a pay group and pay period), Employment Status Reference Code, and Allowances.
