Stop Ad Hoc Reports

If an ad hoc report has been running for too long, you can go to the Queue tab of Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports and stop the report. You can also view a list of all the reports that are running along with details of each report.

Role feature access: Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Report Queue

If the report has been scheduled and is configured to be distributed to other recipients, both the Scheduled and Distributed columns show a checkmark.

You can filter the list by clicking the Filters button and entering values for the Report Name, Report Description, and Queued By parameters.

To stop a report:

  1. Go to Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports and click the Queue tab.
  2. Select the checkbox beside the report that you want to stop.
  3. Click Stop.

You can view the status of the report in the Job Logs tab in System Admin > Background Jobs.
