Report Column Properties

In the report designer, you can click a column name to open the column details dialog box, which displays the following properties for the column:

• Data Type: The data type of the field for the column.
• Field Name: The name of the field that contains the data that the column displays. If you hover the cursor over the field name, a tooltip displays the entity that the field belongs to, in the format "entity.fieldname."
• Access Authorization: The access authorization restriction for the field.
• People Role Security: The People role security applied to the field.
• Description: The description for the column.
