Report Column Properties

In the report designer, you can click a column name to open the column details slide-out panel, which shows the following properties for the column:

• Data Type: The data type of the field for the column.
• Field Name: The name of the field that contains the data that the column shows.
• Access Authorization: The access authorization restriction for the field.
• People Role Security: The People role security applied to the field.
• Description: The description for the column.
• Display Name: Display name for the column.
