New Hires

The New Hires report uses the HR Profile topic to show a list of active employees grouped by department. It contains information about the employees such as hire date, seniority date, status, location, job assignment, manager, pay type, and pay class. You can use this template to view a list of active employees in each department and their work information.

Note: Multiple rows might be shown for employees who are assigned more than one manager.
