Manage Scheduled Reports

You can view and manage your scheduled reports in the Report Schedules tab of Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports.

If the schedule is configured to be distributed to other recipients, the Report Distribution column shows Enabled with a checkmark.

The Report Schedule column shows Enabled with a checkmark if the Enabled switch is toggled to on for that schedule.

To filter the list, click Filters and enter filter terms in the Schedule Name, Schedule DescriptionReport Name, and Report Description fields.

In certain situations, a scheduled report might become disabled. This can happen, for example, if a change in the report's topic or dataset affects how the report functions. When a scheduled report becomes disabled, you receive a notification in Message Center.

To re-enable the scheduled report:

  1. Go to Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports, and click the Report Schedules tab.
  2. Double-click the schedule to open the Schedule Report slide-out panel.
  3. In the General tab, click the Enabled switch.
  4. Click OK.

When the scheduled report is enabled again, the Report Schedule column in the Report Schedules tab will show Enabled with checkmark.

Transfer Schedule Ownership

You can transfer ownership of a report schedule to give another user permission to view and edit the schedule for a report.

Role feature access: Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Scheduled Reports > Access to View/Edit All Schedules

To transfer ownership of a report schedule:

  1. Go to Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports and click the Report Schedules tab.
  2. Select the schedule you want to transfer and click Edit to open the Schedule Report side panel.
  3. In the Ownership tab, select the employee and their role to transfer ownership to.
  4. Click Set Schedule.

When the ownership transfer is saved, the new owner receives a notification in Message Center.
